  • Recruitment Fee

    We operate on a no-placement, no-fee policy. 


    There are no upfront fees, apart from the deposit of $500, unless specified for advertising purposes. 


    Fees are payable only once the position is filled. 


    If we fail to fill the position, no payments are required.

  • Recruitment Fee Structure

    Our recruitment fees are $150 per hour, capped at the placement plan amount. 


    For example, if the placement plan is $3,000 + GST and takes 10 hours to fill the role, the fee would be $1,500 + GST. If the hours exceed the placement plan fee, we will continue working at no additional cost until the role is filled.


    $3,000 + GST for wages/salaries up to $80,000


    $5,000 + GST for wages/salaries between $81,000 and $99,000


    $7,000 + GST for wages/salaries of $100,000 and above

  • Deposit

    A deposit of $500 is required to commence the recruitment process. This deposit will be refunded if we do not fill the role, as our guarantee states that if there is no placement, there is no fee. 


    However, the upfront deposit will be forfeited if you, the client, fill the job independently of our efforts within the first 44 days, the industry average to fill a job. After this period, you are free to compete against our efforts.
